Responsible Gaming

At Johnny Nolon's Casino, we are dedicated to fostering a culture of Responsible Gaming. As part of our commitment, we adhere to the American Gaming Association’s (AGA) Code of Conduct for Responsible Gaming, effective since October 1, 2024. Promoting responsible gaming practices has always been, and will continue to be, a core priority for us.

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

To maintain the highest standards of responsible gaming, Johnny Nolon's Casino ensures:

  • Employee Education: We train our team on responsible gaming policies and provide ongoing education to help identify and address problem gambling behaviors.
  • Resources for Assistance: Our staff is equipped with information on available support services for those struggling with gambling-related issues.
  • Patron Support: Information on responsible gaming is made available to all patrons both at our casino and online, so help is always within reach.
  • Self-Limit Access Program: Patrons who feel they may have a gambling issue can voluntarily enroll in our Self-Limit Access Program. This program restricts access to promotional mailings, Players Club benefits, and check-cashing privileges, empowering players to take control of their gaming.
  • Underage Gambling Prevention: We vigilantly monitor our premises to prevent underage gambling and ensure minors are not left unattended in our facilities.
  • Responsible Advertising: We are committed to promoting gaming in a responsible and ethical manner.

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling
If you experience any of the following, it may be time to seek help:

  • Gambling to escape stress or worry.
  • Using gambling as a way to solve financial problems.
  • Feeling unable to stop gambling, regardless of whether you win or lose.
  • Gambling until you’ve spent your last dollar.
  • Neglecting personal or family responsibilities due to gambling.

Problem gambling can lead to severe financial, emotional, and social consequences. Recognizing these signs early can prevent further harm.

Self-Exclusion Program
We support a voluntary self-exclusion program that allows individuals to remove themselves from casino marketing lists, loyalty programs, and check-cashing privileges at all Colorado casinos.
